Joel Pridmore

This is Joel Pridmore. He is full-time Youth and Worship Pastor at City Church. He is also an Associate Chaplain at the University of Herts . His wife is Cathryn and they have two little boys – Isaac and Reuben. They came on board ‘the good train City Church ’ in September 2006.

DeepEnd Café (1st Sunday of every month - 7pm)

Come and dive in to a great coffee and treat yourself to some of the finest baking ever experienced! Just come and hang out with cool people who love cakes as much as you do!

   

DeepEnd Worship (2nd Sunday of every month - 7pm)

Come and be what you were made to be – a God lover, worshipping Him with all you are! Great music and creative worship of all kinds.

   

DeepEnd Word (3rd Sunday of every month - 7pm)

Come and find out how to live life to the max. Come and learn from the very word of God – it is the absolute truth and will change your life for the better!

   

DeepEnd Witness (4th Sunday of every month - 7pm)

Come and hear it straight from people whose lives have been transformed. Who’s Jesus? What’s life about? When I die, what happens? Where can I find the truth? It’s got to be worth taking one evening to answer these questions.

   

We are running a FREE MINIBUS service from the University of Herts. every week (contact us for more details).

Friday Night Club

Open to all but aimed at 11 to 15 year olds. 7.15 to 8.45pm, Friday nights at Unity Works. A night of fun, frivolity and games where young people can bring their mates and have a blast! Mainly a social night.

Living Stones

There is a discipleship training programme for 11 to 15 year olds on Sunday mornings, in the upper youth room at Unity Works, from 11.30am to 12.30.

Starlets Dance Troop

This runs during the Friday Night Club and involves people of ALL abilities. Anyone is welcome to come and learn the dances – some of which are performed at special events and at DeepEnd.

   

Arrows of Fire


This is the mission’s wing of City Church Youth. City Church has a really strong ethos for overseas missions and we create opportunities for young people to jump aboard the adventure that is overseas missions.

Student Munch

We’d love to see you on the FIRST SUNDAY of EVERY MONTH at 5.30pm. Jump on our FREE MINIBUS service from the University. If you like you can then hang around for the DeepEnd Café from 7pm onwards.

 

It would be great to have an idea of how many people are coming so if you could let us know that would be awesome!

We may ask for a small contribution to the cost of the food, but if its going to be stretch to afford it then don’t let that stop you coming! (Just have a quick word with one of the lovely smiley people giving you food!)
